Celebrate an old-fashioned Christmas, as you wander the 22 rooms at Rancho Guajome Adobe, built in 1853. The adobe will be decorated to replicate holiday decor in the 1800s, using natural materials to make wreaths, garlands, and centerpieces. Children’s activities are free with admission! See the awe in your child’s eyes as they make their own candle, candy apple, and corn husk dolls. Watch them smile from ear to ear as they circle the Rancho on a horse wagon pulled by draft mules. Our blacksmith will be on hand demonstrating the art of forging metal and making miniature reindeer shoes the children can take home.
